I took my daughter to Baby House some months ago. They have several "scenes" and one of them was for birthday. The photographers allowed parents to take few photos with their children (in the package). My friends all found the photos good. You can go to take a look at their studio and their products.
I do not have the info here but their studio is in Chatham Road, TST, close to Observatory Road. I think other members may help you because many members took photos there, or you can search from the old messages.
Once your baby could sit (about 6 mths) then you can take him/her there. I would suggest weekday if possible. They are less busy on weekdays and have more time to play with your BB.
They have costumes and BB can also put on his/her own cloths. One package includes 36 photos, each image 3 photos. That means you will have 12 images. You can visit the studio first and decide what images you want, or you can decide on the day photos are taken.
I also took the photo 1 month ago for my 2 kids at Baby House.

Charges:
HK$780 for 36pcs colour included film
HK$980 for 36pcs black & white included film
HK$65 for CD of 36pcs photo
If you cannot make 1 whole roll of 36pcs, they will count the amount by quantity.
When make reservation, you should menion that you are the baby-kingdom website member, then, they will waive you HK$380 photographer charge. This HK$380 photographer charge included 1 x 8R and 2 x 5R or 5 x 2R free of charge (they will do coating for the free photo). If they waive this, they will still give you this free photos.
For my case, I took 2 rolls + 27pcs colour photo, the amount is HK$2,145.
Then I paid additional HK$178 for 99pcs photo in 1 CD.
And, got 1x8R and 5x2R free photo with coating.
