you should be strict on maids particularly for new comers, otherwise, she will not listen to you when times go by. Set work schedules and house rules for her to follow, check her work everyday when you return home, point out those things that need to be redone and ask her to do it before you and at once. For bb caring, if you need her to take care of you bb at night, better state in the work schedule and her duty list. If she does not follow, wake her up to prepare the milk for you. supervise her to see whether she feed the baby properly. When you try for a few times, they will work better. If they are still the same and as lazy as before, then there is no cure and you have to consider finding another one.
