I've been that on May 2004. That's a great place for us. Most of Japan brand baby food, baby accessories, baby clothes are there. The prices are cheaper than in 新宿. You need to spend 1 day. I tried to ask the refund taxes issue, sounds staff don't know. The place also have a SEGA 夾公仔area, child should love so much. The staff is so nice if u don't success to 夾公仔 and spend a lots of money, staff will rearranged 公仔 so u can easily pick it up. I just remember i got MTR to this place. The station named 錦系町.
