第一次請phil maid, 而家想炒佢, 唔知應該點做.

我preprare比1-mth payment佢, 咁係咪即日call agent, 等agent arrange, 定係call 完agent, 自己叫佢pack好野上去agent度呢? 咁我又要搵replacement, 係咪agent之後先會安排? 我怕如果我之前同agent講要搵replacement, 佢地會同個maid講, 我唔知佢會做d咩.

If the agent is good, will not tell the maid and they love to have another new order from you. No worry.

u can tell agency prepare the warning letter to her, 內容寫佢表現差 (錯處), 及一個月通知, 如有改善就當無出過此信.到last day 先話無改善, 要佢走. (不用比多一個月人工, 因已給一個月通知)
一來封信似warning letter, 二來唔怕係一個月受bunbun氣, 三來
it can save the one month salary(if u terminated without one month notice)

大家千祈唔好咁做呀！！！

炒人信同警告信完全係兩樣嘢, 千祈唔好混為一談, 以為出封咁嘅信有着數, 其實擺咗自已上枱！

如果警告信度寫住只會俾一個月去睇佢有冇改善, 咁極其量你可以一個月後再俾封termination letter 炒佢, 唔代表你封警告信已經俾咗炒佢嘅通知, 試想若你的炒人/警告信是因工人私自帶bb外出, 而她一個月內又真的沒有再犯, 那是否代表她可留下？再犯又是否隨時被炒？若你警告她已打爛很多東西, 必須改善才可留下, 那是不是那個月沒有再打爛嘢便可繼續做？但你寫的那「一個月限期」豈不是會「過期」？抑或她一個半月後再犯你又再出過另一封信？因此, 這些目的不夠清楚的「一個月警告炒人信」, 必會給勞資庭(如佢告你)覺得你根本冇誠意叫佢改, 只係欲加之罪, 你一心想嚇佢, 嚇唔到就即炒, 通知都慳番！
再講炒人信
如呢封係正式「炒人信」(termination letter)當然冇問題, 一係就俾一個月通知, 一係就俾一個月人工代替通知, 有炒嗰日嘅日期就掂, 僱主唔好一廂情願出封咁嘅信當俾緊機會個工人；有冇諗過個工人收封咁嘅信會點諗同可以點反應？如你老闆咁對你你又會點？你會叠埋心水當被人炒咗去揾工, 定係十五十六做到最後嗰日等運到？到個僱主以為都可以接受用番個工人, 又冇再去揾人時, 個工人last day可以走咗去佢又可以點？
如你一心想炒佢, 但又「扮」警告佢, 封信寫得唔夠清楚, (例如寫到模稜兩可, 冇肯定叫佢邊日一定要走) 就分分鐘俾人告到褲甩, 呢個世界冇咁唔公平嘅事架！你估調轉個工人同你講：「你如果對我唔好, 我有機會一個月後走架, 當住通知咗你先, 到時你好啲, 我咪唔走囉！」
咁你揾過個工人定唔揾？你啋佢都傻啦下話！

各位媽咪, 諗清楚自己想點先呀, 炒人就炒人, 警告就係警告(俾機會佢改), 唔好聽agent亂講, 唔係到時個工人揸住封信去告你, 話你冇俾通知炒佢, 個官(勞資庭)見到你咁對個工人 (擺明攞佢着數), 個工人要誣告你話你刻薄佢出少咗糧俾佢, 個官都信佢多d ！

如即炒，my sharing as follow:
1)當然預備好一切簽收文件及termination letter + cash (exact amount)
2)當天如常地跟你出街then一齊上A準度
3)then give her the letter and sign all paper in front of the A準
4)bring her home to collect her belongings with witness

她定會狂打电話

請問有無termination letter sample? 除左簽收量單, 仲有d咩要簽收?

下, 去完agent度, 仲要同佢返home, 好恐怖咁.

you should ask yr friend to go to the agent + go home with you, to witness the whole process. if she 發難渣, call the police. it'd better arrange this in the morning, n allow her to pack up in the afternoon, make verbal agreement in front of the agent for the time you intend her to leave yr home, eg, at 2 pm.
then you must immediately change the door lock + tell the security of yr building she does work there + don't permit her to enter.

same as Sandra's comment yesterday, if u want to fire the bun bun, to protect yr family +safety, u must 狠心"即捕即戒"

i did once before at my home, asked 2 friends of mine to witness the whole process and documentation. the friends to sign on the paper as 'witness'. no need to go to the agent, especially if you have a child, you cannot go to the agent office so deliberately. the bun will call their friends immediately to find their own way gar la. don't worry.

係咪可以既話bring her to agent first, sign everything, then go back home to pack? 係咪一定要witness? 無既話影底個process ok 嗎?
