I don't recommend to buy 學行車 as not good for foot development and 低用量 - for few months。 Furthermore, you still need to closely monitor the baby when he/she is on the 學行車 otherwise accident may occur as they would like to climb out from 學行車!
For feeding meal, why not buy the 高餐椅 which you may use it for years. Besides, it would train the kid to stay on chair for meal taking - good table manner. I hate the kid running around during taking meal!
