My boy also. I think they only don't want to stay / sit for a long time. We face the same problem especially when we have tea in restaurant. We will bring him to the washroom at first. But finally we found that he just want to walk around. We let him play NDS during the time or give his some favourite snack. He can sit a little bit long. If he still want to go to washroom. No choice that use "pampers". Then he don't have excuse to go.
