Go la if you feel like it. As long as you won't regret it afterwards if you decided not to go.

I went to my friend's wedding too during my prengancy. Nothing's wrong. I really wanted to share her wonderful moment too, that's why I went there.

我都有聽過，不過我照去0架，但係老公幫我入0左塊唔知咩葉落利是封叫我袋住去飲0羅…

Agreed ! I went go wedding parties in total 3 times during my prengancy. They are all of my best friends & I believe it should be okay. Don't worry !
