I am a part-time admin staff in school. Working 4-1/4 hours a day (8:45 am - 1:00 pm), 5 days a week.
Unless the present enviroment has significant changes, say, a nasty new boss...., I won't consider to quit my job.
For working part-time, I will consider whether the job is stable, whether the working hours and salary is acceptable to me, whether I can take care of my kids, etc....
