如果不是為了 $9600, 我一早己抄了 "打把"印印.
印印住印尼 "找娃" :
1.有沒有平機票介紹?
2.22/6/2003 年上工, 假期點計?
3.人工是 22/6---17/7/2004 應計幾多?
我好興呀!
一陣我再講d 印印衰呀比你地知.

hi, my last helper is also from Java and she has just worked for 15 days and i fired her.

I've asked my agent to calculate the salary for me and take her back immediately but it took about 2 hrs.

but from my experience, it's better to send her to yr agent's shop first. and u pick up the luggage to the shop. don't handle her at yr home.

and her ticket is $1800.

如不是no 8 我都不知印印d衰夥.
1) 比3小時前, bb 已咬開皮的生果 bb食, (是沒有用任何東蓋好, or 裝好, 由得生果就咁擺係到)
2) 前兩日熨 "農"地板, (要我先生在無意中發現, 而勉強成認, 我問佢做什麼不好高處, 佢說 : bb睡覺, 不會攪的, 我bb己 2y, 會跑了) 我頂呀.
3 ) 在好早己前, 騙我mama 錢, 要話完一大輪才還, (說我mama 比的, 你不說d可憐, 我mama 才不會借比伙買電話咭)
4) 在廚房, 用大量的油煎魚, 還要用手提講電話. 個次個agent 用了1 1/2 小時都不能令好在非假日將電話交給我.
(那次 agent 已說可抄了. 但為了$9600) 我忍,
5) 成要硬項, 要頂咀, 次次話襯佢, 都要頂咀,
6) 不會自動自覺做野. 勁懶, (我家庭人口, 只是 :2大人, 1 bb , 都攪到鬼咁dirty , d 朋友來我家, 同我捉垃圾, 幾不好意思)
做錯野不會道歉, (現在還未 sorry, 但了我講野.)

$9600是分四期付的.如果妳炒了現在的工人,雖然冇得退款但餘額可以轉給下個工人用.
2.假期一年七天,所以要付七天的錢3270/30*7=763.至於六月至七月,就按比例計算.3270*12/365*7/12=62.7.
3.3270/30*25=2725
一共要付763+62.7+2725=3550.7
另要付機票一張,(記得不可refund的機票)
另外佢損毀地板,妳可以扣佢人工HK300或試下問勞工處點扣,是否仍要賠償一個月人工???

好失望，佢每次做錯o野，佢唔會先認錯，而係用諸多藉口話比我知，我好嚴肅同佢講，我唔鍾意成日有咁多excuse，佢先會say sorry，但每次say 完sorry都係咁，無心改過，好煩，我都稔緊盡快換工人，因覺得佢咁短日子已經係咁當我透明唔尊重我，佢太自我了，我頂佢唔順 :-x

我呢個印印都係來自爪畦，我上一個來耶加達，我覺得上一個乾淨d，呢個太dirty了。

＄９６００就是政府 tax, 因我是上年10月前請的印印, 所以就不用 tax.

我個印印種衰過你的印印, 剛剛比我發現在次所的地布, d頭髮有成個星期呀, 多到幾西利, 我話佢, 佢就笑下, 我兩二星期前, 又是這樣掉了同一地方的地布, 家裡大部份d 頭髮都是她得 (因她是曲的)
我正話的是 "熨農" 木地板, 不是洗衫板, 因印印就咁將發熱的熨斗放在地板上放涼, 不知怎的, 八地上, 我有三塊地板, 有個熨斗印, 都不說給我地知, 想滿天過海, & 朱多解釋.
次次話工人, 都說湊bb, 我bb 已 2y , 幾本上只是喜愛玩具, 一星期 2次 1.5 hrs playgroup, 其實playgroup 好近, 都不用半小時路程.

Don't be angry. It will just harm yourself and the cheap In In will be very happy to see you turning red face. So, from my experience (I have fried 1 bun bun, two in in, forth one will come soon), you have to keep yourself very calm, otherwise you will miss this and that. In may case, I will ask her to sign the termination letter, ask her to pack the luggage with my supervision and check her luggage to see if she steal anything. It is very important to ask somebody to be together with you. Ask you husband or brothers (male) is better. Besides, send your children to other place, don't stay at home. After you check her stuff, ask her to sign one more letter in which you have to mention that this PK has packed all her luggage and left your house both physically & mentally healthy, you have no responsibility for her belongings and health. Why you have to do this is because some PK will harm themselve and report to police that you abuse them, some PK will say you keep her belonging etc. So, every time when I fry PK, I will prepare two letters. If your agent is trustable, you can ask them to calculate the balance of payment. Don't forget, no matter how angry you are, keep calm and don't give any chance for PK to play trick. Don't allow her to do anything in your house. keep watch her until she leaves.

我鐘於聯絡agent 后,炒了印印.
,但在2:00點向她說炒印印, 要打包衣服, 一個手提袋黎,2個"紅白藍"袋走, 足足4:00 先走得, 重要是我多次出到agent 吹佢, 佢多次打電話找佢印印姐妹, 重不想打包佢行李, & 要求我比 ref. letter, & 出糧比佢, 我話要問agent 點計 & 點寫.
我現在要補 1個月, 28日人工 6日假期, & 100.00, 因星期六下午, 機票出吾到, 要星期一先知, 因現在是暑假, 我怕機票好難book. 工人越快走越好.
原來, 工人 "紅白藍" 袋, 自己已買了2個, 知道我可能隨時炒她, 重厚顏無始, 要求我寫信比佢找 "老闆", 佢話佢未做夠 2y, 要ref. letter, 才能轉顧主. 后來去到agent 話不用理她, 我話就算要寫,都只是寫日期. 之前我已警告過她, 沒有我的ref,letter, 不用只意在香港找到新顧主, 要返去印尼, 比多7個月人工agent. 佢當我的說話是耳邊風.
