我打算買swing, 因見幾間bb 用品店都推介話好用又靜,
想問o下有冇mama 都係用佢呢?

另外又有冇邊隻好野介紹o下?

Ameda is much more professional if you need to pump everday. Its suction is stronger and helps you produce more milk. It has a filter which prevents bacteria from getting into the milk.

In USA, most lactation specialists recommend Ameda double pump. Swing is intended only for those who pump occasionally.

not really. at least, from my experience with those lactation consultants in the USA. Swing is also good for mom pumping frequently and it is also professional. i pumped 4-6 times per day using my Swing (x2). it works very good on me. it helped me to increase milk supply quickly. but Ameda is not suitable to me.

我都係諗住每日泵3次o左右 (1次o向office, 2次at home)
見佢細細部又靜, 好似幾方便攜帶之嘛...

希望到時上到奶啦, 唔係乜泵都冇用....

oh. but using one (swing) is not very effective. pumping together from both sides or pumping while feeding on the other side is much better. i experimented that before. so, i finally bought 2 Swing. of course, you can try before buying the 2nd one to save $$. i also bought the 2 Swing just before going back to work.
