因為爸爸唔識英文，但已經60歲，係咪唔需要考試就可以成為citizen? 申請程序係點？

完全唔識？或者係識小小英文？
六十歲以上唔需要考試
但要面試
你父親可聽得明問題，同答對公民既責任？

打電話去問清楚
長者係唔同申請表
問清楚可否有家人或翻譯陪同去面試
