我自已就首要佢自己一定要有小朋友先請. 太年青單身,無經驗一定唔請, 因為最重要係佢有經驗, bb有mud唔舒服都知, 可以及時通知僱主. 我就鍾意請25-35歲內, 仲有係要短髮.

-had experienced to take care enfant,
-over 30 yrs old,
-good either in English or Cantonese
-tidy
-doesn't wear earing and no long nail.

菲﹐泰﹐印﹐我都請過。由我鉈住bb開始就請左個印印﹐佢結左婚﹐有小朋友﹐30歲﹐之前揍過new born.好有經驗。兩年後就無續。現在這個印印做左4個月﹐23歲未婚。兩個印印家務表現差不多。但可能後生體力好d,我仔仔已21個月大﹐好好精力﹐無時停﹐而印印會好識同佢玩﹐唱吓歌仔﹐而以前個印印這方面就不及她。請工人有時真撞彩﹐4年內我家換個最少10個工人﹐今次請到這印印前﹐都試左5個工﹐吾係我吾要佢地﹐係佢地吾要我奶奶。

I will prefer to hire around 20 to 29 as 2 years old toddler normally is very naughty (according to my own experience). Younger people will still have energy to look after them but prefer with experience.

我建議請個後生啲,同有文化啲嘅.

我請我依家個印印時,佢都係得21歲,而我個女當時就係兩歲幾,後生啲嘅工人就比較有力氣追小朋友及願意同小朋友一起玩,有文化嘅工人就比較私文,咁個小朋友就唔會學到啲粗魯嘢,我個工人就中學畢業,講嘢陰聲細氣.

my experience is a 24 years old 印印with her own boy. also no adult to watch her in day time, both me and my husband had to work.

- Personnelly prefer not too old, as old do not have energy and already had their own ways of bringing up babies, might not listen to you.

- Too young, seems would like to out out to play.

- Therefore, someone around mid-twenties with their own child is quite suitable.

- For taking care newborn baby, a lot of energy has to due with night feeding (if the baby like mine, wake up many times at night, always cry, quit night milk after 9 months old).

- For babies afte 2 years old, they quit diaper, quit night bottles, but walk and run and plays everything, and learn language a lot, I think the second contract might need someone speaks well in English and young to play with the baby too.

But, overall, it is a bit in luck to have a good maid.
