I tried today, I think the lesson is ok as I can learn how to relax myself, there are many plans, but I only joined the plan that is $888 each month and need to sign contract for 3 months.

U can start your lesson when your baby is 3-4 months. As I said above, there are many plans. You can call them and ask for details.

It is very safe ar! One lesson last for an hour. The price u need to ask as there are many plans for you to choose!

我 join 咗 pure yoga 都有2年幾, 其實佢地 D yoga class 好好, 好多選擇, 而且大部份 tutor 都好好, 所以完咗 contract 都 renew.

我個plan係$495/month Langham 個 center 任玩, pre-natal class 就可以去邊間 center上都 ok, 不過就要簽2年約.

Just checked with Pure Yoga, there is another way of joining the pre-natel course by buying the ticket.
Each ticket = one course which cost HK$250
If you buy 10 tickets, they will offer you a discount.

The beauty is that if you sign the monthly contract, only if you attend 4 classes, otherwise, it does not worth it.

I tried the lesson and I found that it is quite good.
I am considering to sign contract.
However, they claim they have post-natal yoga but when I checked the schedule, I found they don't have any schedule open for post-natual yoga...
