i will have a baby in december 08, and have been looking for helper for long time. i still have one bun at home and her contract due on 11may09, because she doesn't have new born baby experience and not a mother yet herself and most importantly, she is on the phone all the time, i don't trust her with baby, and i do not want to waste time training her.
My problem is if my new overseas maid come in december, i do not want the old maid still at home, becasue i am afraid that the new one will request the same thing as the old one have like 11pm home on sunday off, having msn and on the phone mobile even cooking in the kitchen, and any other bad habbits. But i do not want to terminate her contract just few months before the contract due, can anyone give me some advise? and tell me what you will do in my situation.
