你祇要插好部DV-->1394 port-->開software : either Ulead Video Studio, Pinaclo Studio, Adobe Premere, etc....select video source : DV, then choose "capture"/"start"/"record" (depends on the software) to start your DV-->pc format(mpeg2 if u want to burn it into DVD)

In general, here is recommended hardware requirement for video editing:
1. CPU - at least P4 class
2. RAM - at least 512MB
3. HDD - very big (DV is captured at a rate of ~13GB per hour) and fast (you don't want frame dropping)
4. IEEE1394 port - either add-on PCI card or onboard using TI or VIA chip
5. CD Writer - for making VCD and SVCD
5. or DVD writer - for making VCD/SVCD/DVD, make sure DVD writer supports both + and - formats.
