Thanks for answering our questions here. I did egg extraction in early March and had OHSS so dr. suggested I freeze the embryos and come back again when the next period starts instead of transferring fresh embryos. But when I went back on day 1 he said I had a 水瘤 so better wait for another cycle. I extracted 20 eggs and dr. decided to divide them into half day 3 and half day 5 batches but at the end only 1 day 5 and 9 day 3 left, all are grade 2. I believe dr. will suggest I transfer the day 5 when my next cycle starts, my question is should I asked for thawing one day 3 and develop it into day 5 just in case anything happens to my only day 5 embryo during thawing? Since if it happens I’d have to wait for another cycle right? If the day 3 develops to day 5 then I can transfer this one and keep the original day 5 frozen for next time (if this time is successful then will have less time pressure on the next one).
