call the bank first thing in the morning. nothing u can do unless the 3rd party agrees to pay u back.

I know it is a mistake, but that is the law. I used to work in a bank. If he/she refuses to give it back, u cannot use him/her.

Yes, agreed. I worked for HSBC before, I know some fund recipients just close their account right after receiving the mistakenly transferred funds.

但據我所知如戶口有來歷不名的金額如果尋吞也屬違法，對方應該必需退回。
