Don't think Hong Kong is a good place to protect our child.
This early morning what I found is a terrible, unreasonable world. Police said they cannot arrest the bad maid.

My bad miad took photo for my little girl, my girl did not wear any trousers.

As a mother, I cannot protect my little girl. Why?

寫信比警方,要求佢地解釋佢地用咩理據認為起訴唔到??
睇下佢地係咪交左比律政署,係律政署話告唔入??
要白紙黑字做証據.

how old is your daughter and how is her performance, if you want to give her chance, just ask her to delete the photo (you better to save the copy for your own) and write a letter to explain that why she need to take a photo with your daughter when she is not ware the trousers, and she know that you are not accept that and will not do it again. if you find that again then fire her without notice.

if her performance is bad, just fire her immediately!

下？點可以辜釋？她可能對你女兒仲有做更變態的事，why don't you get a lawyer immediately and ask if you can charge her sexual harrassment? Can your daughter speak? How old is she?

我媽媽親眼見住個工人用手弄傷BB，警方同樣話無足夠證據證明是工人傷到BB，於是不起訴工人，而且要我們打電話去問先告訴我們，都唔知點知夠證據？真係唔公平。

是否警方只是想小事化無？

其實揾護苗幫手得唔得呢？

我們都以為，很努力去做，就可以做好一件事。但原來我們是很用力地，去做錯一件事。

My girl is 2 years old. She still cannot speak.
When I stayed in Police Station, the Police tell me when the photo was taken by the care-taker and in private place, they can do nothing. I reply I will do the same thing for the bad maid, the policewoman said the maid had human right.
Why my girl haven't any human right? Just she can't speak out the things she is not willing to let her take the photo.
She resigned immediately yesterday.
The memory card is still kept by her friends "Grace 9141 Pumihic 4527". I called her so many times, but go to mail box. I only know her lived in Causeway Bay and her boss is an American and she is a Christian and go to Tsimshatsui Church.
Please if any of you or your maid know her, please PM me immediately.
Hong Kong Law = rubbish, no authority can give me help, no authority could search her out.
My heart got so painful, I can't protect my little angel.

Can't believe the police is not taking any action. This is almost like sexual abuse. What about the child protection organisation, could they offer advice on what you could do? If I were you, I would notify her action to the immigration so she would never be issued a visa ever again. Also as someone suggested, get a lawyer onto her.

I’ve just called 護苖 and tell them your case, they maybe able to give you some legal advice. Please act fast and call them immediately. Their number is 28899922. Do you know if the maid is still in HK?
