I also got the similar experience last week. I saw a lot of blood after going to toilet. I immediately laid down on bed and it stopped bleeding. However, when I woke up the next morning, there was still blood coming out. So, I went to see the doctor immediately. The doctor said it may due to low placenta and what I can do is to take more rest. So, I am now staying at home and sleep more. So far, no bleeding anymore.
No need to worry. Just sleep more and don't be panic.
