junior secretary for insurance agency manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support including internal and external communication for senior manager in agency team
- Identify, anticipate and prepare information, documents required by manager for meetings, appointments, presentations, events and Company activities
- Monitor, respond to and re-direct general emails and phone calls addressed to senior manager as appropriate;
- Liaise with and provide administrative support to other team members in coordination and organization of projects; and
- Participate in any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by senior manager
Requirements:
- University Degree or Diploma Holder;
- Minimum 1 years working experience in secretarial and personal assistant role for senior manager will be preferable
- Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Well organized, details oriented and able to work independently;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint;[size=13.3333px] English & Chinese Word Processing
