junior secretary for insurance agency manager

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support including internal and external communication for senior manager in agency team
  • Identify, anticipate and prepare information, documents required by manager for meetings, appointments, presentations, events and Company activities
  • Monitor, respond to and re-direct general emails and phone calls addressed to senior manager as appropriate;
  • Liaise with and provide administrative support to other team members in coordination and organization of projects; and
  • Participate in any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by senior manager




Requirements:

  • University Degree or Diploma Holder;
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in secretarial and personal assistant role for senior manager will be preferable
  • Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Well organized, details oriented and able to work independently;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint;[size=13.3333px] English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Only immediately available candidates
