My daughter is 18 months old and she is taking 3 meals + 2 bottles of milk:-
8:00am wake up
8:30am breakfast (cereals/ bread/ ABC pasta)
1:00pm rice with meat (almost one BB bowl)
1:30pm milk 240ml and naps
4:00pm wake up and eat some fruits
6:00pm rice with meat (almost one BB bowl)
9:00pm milk 240ml+ sleep
