之前用過幾個工人, 佢地都唔係咁好, 成日喺屋企睇電視, 我下星期新工人到, 想教好佢先, 唔想一開始做壞規矩。

1) 你地比唔比工人自己一個喺屋企睇電視, 講電話?
2) 瞓晏覺
3) 食屋企零食飲品,
4) 用洗衣機洗衫定手洗(LO埋你地D衫一齊洗)
5) 廁所板會唔會比佢用(好唔衛生),

請比D意見, 我想同個工人長久D, 希望大家都開心, 因為我有BB架, 而且我要返工, 唔該哂!

No TV. No tel call or sms during working hr.
2) 瞓晏覺
As my helper needs to sleep with bb therefore I allows her to take a nap when bb sleeps in the afternoon.
3) 食屋企零食飲品,
My previous yan yan always stole my food to eat. Therefore, this new helper I buy a food box for her. Sometimes I will share snacks with her if she is doing good. So far she follows the rule and only eat the food in her food box.
4) 用洗衣機洗衫定手 ...

She must wash her clothes by hand.

BTW, there is a bk mami emailed me a house rule and regulation. I briefed her and need her to sign during the first date when she arrived my home. So far we work well by following the rules. If you need pls let me know your email and will share with you.

Lastly, you must clearly tell her your expectation, the work priority and do/don't at the very beginning. By doing so, life will be a bit easier as long as your helper is not a bad one.

因為之前個工人用完塊板唔會放返上去, 我次次用完都會放返上去, 放便我老公用囉。

好多野都唔知點定好, 定得多又驚佢覺得唔開心, 就對我個bb唔好, 唔定又做壞規矩, 好煩。

佢做晒野, bb又訓覺的話冇所謂啦
3) 食屋企零食飲品,
零食我會另外比, 飲品只比佢飲豆漿
4) 用洗衣機洗衫定手洗(LO埋你地D衫一齊洗)
佢既衫一定要佢自己手洗
5) 廁所板會唔會比佢用(好唔衛生),
呢樣冇得控制
6) under wear一要要每天換及洗(我工人夠擔死5日冇洗)
7) 面衫都要佢每日更換, 污濁衫一定要放係廁所(我工人將d污濁衫收入衣櫃)
8) 工人用的床單&枕袋要規定佢一/二星期洗一次(我工人夠擔死7個月, 只洗左一次)
9) 規定工人每晚幾點訓(我工人半夜12點幾唔訓, 係度縫衫, 日頭得閒到死日日訓晏覺)

工人的腦係好難去明白既, 所以你必須要定d規矩!
