Normally, the Cash rebate from bank if you need mortgage already enough to cover the 律師費

Please make sure HKD4,000.00 is including "Registartion Fee"(HKD450.00). Last month, my friend agrue with the solicitor's staff for this item, it is very unhappy when the final bill is issued. Nowadays, the solicitor firm is much worse than the past.
