My skin is extra extra extra dry even in summer. What kind of body lotion I should use in winter? Any recommendation?

你要用多d水分面膜,但一般自稱水分面膜的都唔係好保到水,我用緊果隻水分面膜含有仙人掌精華,非常保水,另外有隻瑞凝霜亦是好保水的。

Hi MAL,

In summer, you can try to use JERGENS ULTIMATE BODY LOTION, which has aloe vera, it is so useful. $40. made in USA.

In winter, you sholud use OLIVE OIL. This is so cheap, but very useful. 若您想極度滋潤, 您要把油加一半水, 擦在身體。或
沖涼後, 只擦乾一半身體, 即用欖油。

After cleansing the underarm and bikini area with mild liquid soap, then use "Aqueous Cream" instead of the liquid soap to cleanse your body, then rinse with warm water. If you still feel dry, then apply a small amount of "Aqueous Cream" to the slightly wet body. This method is good for extra extra dry skin, elderly and those suffering from eczema. Because the "Aqueous Cream" is water soluble, therefore it will not leave any grease in the bath tub and will not make it slippery. You can find the "Aqueous Cream" from Watson's or Manning at about $40-50. The cheapest is in TST "Lung Shing" at $27.

P.S. Don't shower with too hot water that will make you skin even drier.

actually, drinking more water is also very important for maintaining body's moisture. dun know whether u drink at least 8 cups everday.

椰子油(全天然個隻)效果都好好﹐好潤好吸收。小朋友塊面爆拆或出粒粒﹐我都係邦拒搽椰子油~而且又可以入口(可用來作煮食油﹐如炒菜)﹐吞左都唔怕~

the brand is "BaliSun Virgin Coconut Oil"
I bought in a clinic and I was recommended by a friend....you can first check at CitySuper or let me know if you can't find it!
