My BB doesn't want to eat at all

Hi all,
My BB had fever 2 days ago,sneezing and coughing with mucus. I was trying to give him formula and baby food or congee. He doesn't want to eat at all. Even he ate a little bit, if he has been choked related to his coughing after meal. He fouled up everything. So it means he ate nothing. He cried all night tonight, and I'm not sure he has a sore throat or what. I already bought him to see his doctor yesterday,he said he caught a cold,that it. Nothing he can help.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

If you son did not eat any milk or solid food, try give him some glucose water or water. My son also had poor appetite when he had fever. However, he need 'food and fluid' to give him energy and hydration. Your son cried may be due to hungry or thirsty. Therefore you can try give him some to drink even just a little. If his condition was still the same or has reduced urine, was very tired, coughing seriously, I think it is better to bring him to causalty or see the doctor again. I hope your son will get well soon.

My bb also had a cold with light fever yesterday. Per my doctor, gave him more sleep; gave him a lot of water; kept the air fresh at home; no more veggies/juice for the time being; avoid crowded places; hugged him to sleep if he had blocked nose. Everyone looses appetite when one is sick; so does a bb. If he doesn't want to eat, don't push. He will eat if he's hungry, don't worry. Let's hope our bb get well soon
