My BB niece knows how to walk in 13 mths. She loves people praising her. When she tried to walk, we all praised her.
When she was 10 mths old, she joined a playgroup with lots of BB older than her and most of them knew how to walk. We cld see that she felt a bit upset when other babies could walk to get their toys. So she grabbed my mum's hand and tried to walk getting her own toys too. She learned to walk just within 2 weeks.
Maybe let your baby to interact with other babies who can walk.
