I don't think it can be accepted. But you may ask doctor / accountants to do it for you .
Is it for migration ?

Yes it\'s for immigration. I am not sure if all the reference letter need be done statutory declaration..

everything need to be certified true copy and 民政 can\'t do that. as said above, find an accountant / doctor friend to do it for you is fine.

民政事務處可以做法定宣誓的. 我之前都係喺民政處做宣誓

certified copy俾移民顧問做應該唔平，但其實找個朋友有認可qualifications做都好簡單，請飲杯咖啡就OK

statutory declaration 我係download份form自己填，之後找個witness簽名

Can i have more information on it? e.g. the job reference letter (the agent told me it is a must with my boss signature and case officer will call/email my boss for checking, is it true?)... and i am really confused about their service, they said once i pay the agent fee (lumpsum around 750k), they will send the template of the job reference for my boss signature and then the only thing i need to do is to prepare the IELT test with all 7.

do u have reliable agent which can be introduced to me?

可以呀，無問題。
我果時攪移民，攪registration,全部都係係民政事務處攪。我阿妹上年都要攪些嘢，都係果到整，個board都無話佢唔得。

yes this is true the case officer may call/email boss to check the reference letter.

by the way do you really mean that the agent charges you $750K for immigration fee??!! that means 75萬港紙!! hmmmm would u try to do it yourself ? 750K sounds a bit expensive 😓

無呀，我自己攪的。
不過我咁諗，你會唔會考在英文先搵agent. 如果到時英文又考唔到，但錢又比在agent,咁就真係益晒ahent.

They may call to verify, but no need to be "boss". Any colleague who work with you and know what you are doing, can declare your job duties for you.

the agent told me that they will call the person who wrote the reference letter (with job description) which mentioned the email address/phone. and the agent said it is needed to provide the organization chart as well...
or i can ask the peer of my colleagues to write reference letter?

Agent will definitely said everything will be checked and everything is needed, otherwise you would think that you can do it yourself and no need to find them for consultancy.
I would say they may call the person declaring for you, and they may require additional supporting information. However, I doubt they would require an organization chart as a proof.

For my case, I've submitted a total of six declaration covering my three different employments, including a local software house. Two of them are signed by peers and not direct manager. Not one of them receive a call and I strongly believe they have NOT contacted HR for additional information too.
