so may post say the maid not good,if change, may be any other one is worst, if not change i need to 忍, the coming july is finish contract,

her performance:
1. if she doesn't like, she doesn't answer me and even my children.
2. sometimes black face
3. if she's happy, she can play good, reading and teach my kids good discipine and show patient
4. 駁嘴
5.even typhoon no.8 still need to go out for hoilday
6. when we go out she only do a few job but when we come back she begin to work seem very busy.
7. when we eat the hot pot together, she take the good meat eg. chichen leg etc.
8. once when i tell her take the food and eat first, she take the chicken's good meat and give me the bone!
9.once when she went to grandmother's home, when baby sleep she sleep together . and once when grandmother go up to clean the windows, she just sit down and play with baby . may be she think that is not our home, it's not her duty, but .....
10. if she's at good mood, she really teach and explain to my kids with good discipine. if outside, my kids doesn't walk, she would led her sit down on her shoulder.
11. once she complain my kids woke up at mid-night that she cannot sleep but if two kids woke up cry at the same time, she would wake up and help.
12. if my kid get sick , she still say she need holiday ( i'm a full time mum).
13. cleaning and cooking are ok.
14. she never take my money because my money put anywhere.
15. she borrow money three times from me ( about 1000 every time) but never from financial company.
16. she never hit my kids, so i 放心 go out. and my kids know her already, if i am not at home they are willing to follow her but if i am at home, most, they only follow me.
17. i always tidy up my house by myself because she not always tidy up, before she clean the floor two times but now only once etc.

if you were me will you employ her
? if change , i am scared someone worst than her, if not change , i sometimes feel angry and unhappy.

成日都會有d 咁ge 雞肋事件.....

我g 前都有試過, 終於頂唔順一年後炒了....
但g後果個偷野要報警....
再g 後就借財仔.....

睇返轉頭....早g忍下算la.....

所以e d 野都好難講.....真係睇下你好唔好彩

我個工人都偷散紙, 同埋有時做錯野唔認(偷錢當然唔認)

我都諗緊炒唔炒好. 佢做野又叫ok, 煮送都叫有心機煮, 同埋安排做野都叫有紋有路, 湊我個仔都叫小心謹慎....

唉, 又驚請過第二個唔知好唔好...

her performance:
1. if she doesn't like, she doesn't answer me and even my children.佢只會don't answer me or my mother only
2. sometimes black face 佢會有, 當我話佢時
3. if she's happy, she can play good, reading and teach my kids good discipine and show patient係睇得出有心機
4. 駁嘴已經少咗, 有改善

我最大問題係, 佢唔like婆婆成日看佢做嘢, 又話佢又炳佢, 09年1月完第2張contract, 佢又想同我打工, 又唔like婆婆, 已經試過2次話唔續約! 我覺得好似比佢要脅!!!我唔想一時意氣用事換咗佢,其實我同老公都想佢續, (因為我知婆婆有時係過份咗, 但係佢係我阿媽, 我可以點?) 佢又剛剛放完1個月假返嚟! 如果我續佢, 我可以好放心交2個仔比佢, 唔續佢再搵又未必搵到個咁放心? 我都想知續唔續佢好?

類似的工人在我家.
1-4, 6, 9, 10, 14, 16 同你一樣. 我已決家唔再用佢. 再SIGN 多2 年咪即係要我忍多佢兩年呢D 野, 我搏一搏運氣吧. 我最頂唔順係叫佢早D 起身, 因仔仔早起, 佢都呀支呀左, 唔多想咁, 咁巴閉就回老家吧.

其實你大可以唔忍佢到7月架, 早D RELEASE 佢都可以, 睇下你想補錢定留佢在你家做一個月通知.

May I know yours is a Philipino maid or Indonesian maid?
