Thank you ah!
As you said that it is hard to live in a remote area. But the current property market is crazy. Even those local people cannot buy a house close to CBD. In Aussies forum, I found many young couplies buying houses at Schofield. So I want to know whether it is worthy to consider this area.
It's not easy at all to settle in a new place. Hope you find something you want soon!
I heard that there is flooding problem in Schofield. Be aware of it. I think if the area near the ponds or rouse hill is better.
I live in Hills area. I enjoy it. Jobs keep changing. Just find one place that you really like to live in.
Some people like city life. They may prefer city. I have small kids. I prefer a family friendly environment with many young families and playgrounds around when my kids are small and need more space playing around.
Go and visit more places and feel what you like. :)
Those suburbs are too far from Sydney CBD, even we can get there by train, the train are not that regular, maybe 15 mins for each train(not sure), and no express as well, if you miss one train, you have to spend sometimes to wait for the next services. If you have a kid, it\'s hard to mange the time. With budget of 70k, you can consider something smaller in parramatta(not house, unit only)with express to cbd.
