I am breast-feeding my bb. Last Sunday, I found my breast have 硬塊. I use the hot towel to 敷 it and message it. Today still have 硬塊, but the situation is changing good, Do you know other method to solve the problem? Is it 乳線不通？ :cry:
yes, please continue to do that, I experienced this before, its paintful to massage it but I kept on, finally it become soft again. Consult nurse by calling to 健康院母乳熱線 if necessary.

How many days you massage it and how much times in one day? coz I try 2 days, two of the 硬塊still remain. When I 谷奶, it is difficult to pump it out, I just can pump by other side, so the volumn is down.
My bb since 3 months old, 埋身just used 5 mins. He like bottle feeding what I think. Yesterday night, I do the all procedure, I can pump 4ozs on that side better than morning, but still have 塊塊, not so hard. I can't make sure is it normal, so I will see the doctor today.

my nipple has a small hard spot whithout white spot. I have asked doctor, she hust siad it is no problem for it but she did not tell me how to solve the problem. Is the gland was blocked at the hard spot? I have tried to use hot towel but did not improve the situation.

I 熱敷按摩 on everytime before breast-feeding, but my bb like to drink milk bottle. I already use Medala electric pump to pump out. The two hard spots has dispersed, one big spot still remain. It is very painful when I message it and the skin get to red. I think I will give up breast-feeding after I recover. :cry:
