I need to go to China, I asked for airfares from travel agents. They quoted the fares of Dragon Air (KA)and 南方航空 (CZ). The fares, CZ is much cheaper than KA. But I don't have any impression about CZ.

Any members are working in travel agent or have travel experiences with CZ. Please advise CZ is good for me to try it.
CZ is a big airline in China, but the services are not even just fair. Amongst the Chinese airlines, I would say Air China is the better one.
I've only taken CZ a few times to Hainan Island (only because of their more favorable schedule). Even though the flight lasts for a little more than an hour, one feels cramped in the small old seats. With the stuffy air, one feels headache throughout the journey.
It is really true that you pay peanuts, you get monkey. If budget is not a problem, I would definitely vote for KA.
