My experience:
Don’t let the agent know that you are planning to fire her because the agent is always helping the maid. If the maid loses the job, the agent is hardly to get the loan back from the maid. Then, the agent will somehow get the money from you (e.g. ask you to pay the maid one month salary in lieu).

My experience:
My ex-Philipinne maid has told me that she was late home (11:00 pm) because 俾人偷左錢, I then told her that I would call police for her immediately.
The PK maid said that no need and said that it was not important.
The maid sometimes found excuse to cover something. No matter you maid is telling the truth or not, you have to be careful of your belonging at home and also tell your maid that you will call police for her. She will then tell the truth.

工人係印尼人, 剛做滿2個月, 昨晚出糧, 今日放假應該去還錢給銀行, 今晚回來話被人偷咗所有d錢, 又話驚agent, 好唔好信佢?
