Execute instructions and get updated for the compliance of company Policies
Implement and prepare internal training for any new SOP received
Monitor and escalate for any loss making shipment, un-billing invoices, checking dispute invoices
Allocate resource for back-up relief across the team
Monitor team overtime and control the productivity level to meet to our standard
OFS hawb number controller
Monitor the customer KPIs and quality standards to ensure the targets are met
Prepare CAR, 8D for any service failure follow up
Customer facing for attend customer regular review meeting and review customer KPI
Perform ad-hoc task assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder in Logistics / Shipping / Supply Chain management
At least 6 years solid experience in freight forwarding industry with Supervisory experience
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
Capable of handling correspondence independently
A good team player with strong analytical and planning skills
Familiar with customer tariff, internal IPS, GIT and company policy
Execute instructions and get updated for the compliance of company Policies
Quarterly business trip to China for customer visits required
Working location: Kowloon Bay
