I always wear black panty hose and I do recommend "Atsuci - Miracarat". You can find it from Jusco & Wing On ($38), City Super ($40) and there's a discount in Jusco (20% off). It's very good and not easy to break.
Previously, I just threw a pair everyday, but now, I can use one pair for many times.
