請問各位知唔知有冇website可以check到多倫多物業的成交價或相關資料?
因剛到步, 正在睇樓, 想睇下業主有冇over asking, , 另外, 想請問買屋有什麼要注意, 請幫忙及提點! 謝謝!

I think only your agent can check the transaction price. However, you can check the listing price in the area you are interested in.
