二月頭時, 經 AMOMA.com 訂咗曼谷 PARK PLAZA SUKHUMVIT BANGKOK 酒店, 因為有兩大兩細, 所以訂咗17-18/4 兩晚二人房加床 Twin Room with extrabed- Deluxe - Breakfast, 但唔知點解, 我經email 印出嚟嘅 voucher 係中文, 我諗住酒店有record, 加上我有booking reference, 冇所謂啦!

可惜到17/4 check in 完上到房, 只得一張double bed. 以為一陣有人嚟 set 床, 可惜冇, 我落番去reception 問, 佢話佢地record 只係 deluxe room, 如果我加床要俾錢, 我解釋完都冇用, 唯有 email 俾 amoma 求救, 叫佢 send 張英文 voucher 俾我. 我出完街後, 22:30 番到酒店, show voucher 俾酒店, 佢都算好人, 即刻話 ok, 因為double bed bed 瞓唔到四個人, 所以我地要求即時加床. 但加床STAFF 都幾冇禮貌, 佢堅持要將一支座地長燈搬去一個危險地方, 因為小朋友易kick 跌, 我話唔駛搬, 就咁開床OK 了, 但佢喝我地 "NO"........都算了........


番到香港, EMAIL 俾AMOMA 再了解, 佢即刻推晒D 責任, 回覆:

我相信今次係酒店 STAFF 好人俾番房我, 但下次冇咁好彩了. 我亦唔會再嚮AMOMA BOOK房, 出發前最好直接 EMAIL 俾酒店 CONFIRM BOOKING.
