工人1月尾就夠一年, 想唔請喇, 請問要比咩錢?

1月人工+抄佢補1個月+機票單程+7日大假 ??

係咪only甘多?

1月份人工 + 1個月代通知金 + open ticket + 7日大假錢 + $100 food & traveling allowance....
神未曾應許天色常藍;但衪曾應許生活有力!

我想請問下,我工人辭職,信系05/01/2009,佢到10/01/2009剛滿一年,應該系做到04/02/2009,但我想佢早點走(系年初一前)我可唔可以要求佢扣假早走,我系咪只需要比人工到04/02/2008同機票就已當包埋比左大假佢??

I don't think you can deduct her entitled annual leave in order to early release her.

U can early release her by paying:
1. her salary till 04 Feb (inclusive)
2. her air-ticket + travel allowance
3. her entitled (outstanding) annual leaves

Even the girl accepts what you proposed, after her departure she can still sue you for compensation on her outstanding leaves.

一年有七日大假, 佢做左一年唔係可以扣假早走咩? 當然休息日同勞工假要係有薪假啦.

Actually, I just want her to leave my house before CNY and don't want to see her dark face law!!
you means i can early release her provided that I pay her salary till 04 Feb + 7 3/4 days annual leave + air ticket + trave allowance??
Will I take any risk as she can stay in HK for 14 days from 04 Feb + those early release days??

she can enjoy her 14 days in HK after departure from your house. To protect yourself, make sure to inform immigration in written notice saying that your girl has left your household on which day, and from that moment you won't take any responsibility as her employer in that employment contract signed.

U should count that 14 days from the day she departed from your household, not from 04 Feb 2009.

really??As I want to release her on 24 or 25/01!that means she can stay in HK 14 days just count from 24 or 25/01,right??And no need for me to take care her accomodation during these 14days??
