My baby also have NA HA1. He can take up to 7oz when he's less than 2 months and now he takes only 4-6oz.
Don't force your baby to drink when he refuses because a baby knows he's full when he's 10 weeks.
Your baby may 食滯. My baby also have the same problem. I give him some chinese medicine as well as making his milk with more water. The milk powder ratio is 1 scope to 30ml not 1oz. Try to add more water to make the milk e.g. 5 scope of milk powder with 6oz (170ml) water instead of 5.5oz (150ml) water.
