I will issue an open ticket as the immigration dept still requests the employer to be responsible for her return ticket if she has used up the money you give her.

is phili. I've got fm the agent that the return ticket cost $3,XXX because of the peak season. Is it ture? I want to book the cheapest ticket but I really don't know the way.What can I do?

you should better give her open ticket rather than a money instead if you fired her.

我1月16日炒菲傭，買了張可改日期的機票給她，但1月24-1月29日不可以用，其他日子都ok!! 如果她不在新年這段時間內走就ok!! 價錢平好多！

If you have hired her from overseas, you only need to give her one way ticket (from HK to Ph.)

Some would advise you book an open ticket, some would simply book the ticket with the date of departure on the 14th day.

炒工人最好買open ticket唔好比錢, 仲要係炒當日之後個14天都可以上到機既ticket, 若果你買指定日子, 佢無上機, 你都要買過1張機票比佢, 咁就得不償失啦, 另外, 僱主既責任係送工人番原居地, 所以若果工人要轉內陸機, 我地係唔需要提供既, 只需要比多$100-200佢, 叫佢自己搭車又好搭船都好, 都唔需要理佢, 不過個個若果係好工人完約既就另計啦.....
