其實按規定,僱主唔續約係要俾遣散費,之不過我地無理,而d工人唔知佢地真係唔知定還是可能怕個reference唔好,亦都無要求.一直以來都係唔續約就早d同佢講,最後放埋d假俾佢,出埋張機票就算.我知好多工人同僱主做得好嘅,寧願唔要長期服務金都肯繼續做,咁當然衣d case 一定係勞資雙方都有好好嘅關係先得, 因為工人都唔想 take risk 去搵一個唔知好定壞嘅僱主.
唔係喎, 據我知遣散費的定義係如果你係一段時間內 (唔記得係幾耐)無再請工人咁就要比遣散費, 至於 reference letter 同 release letter 應該你要點寫就點寫, 跟你個工人做法因你係 financial problem 因此你唔會再請工人所以你要比遣散費佢係 dum 你同屈你喎, release letter 係保障你自已已經同呢個工人無 contract 以後佢係香港有事發生就唔關你事
