If you are using Photoshop 7.0, follow these steps:-
1. Open the file, do whatever touch-up you think is required (curve, colour, contrast adjustment etc.).
2. Resize the image to appropriate size. Image > Image Size. Keep resolution to 300 pixels/inch to ensure that the file is not too big.
3. Then, from the menu bar, click file > automate > picture package.
4. Choose the appropriate format from the "layout" pull down menu. The reformating may take a while (that's why you need to reduce the file in step one).
And you will get something like this:

I always do picture packages like this to justify the costs of film scanner, printer etc.
