係呀，我用了硬內袋, i think you are right, need to change to inner bag without cardboard. Any jm has recommendations which brand is good and will not leave mark in swift bag?
I checked my swift bolide 27 after reading your post. I am using inner bag with thick cardboard too. I found same problem as yours. thanks for reminding us. Btw, is the color of your bolide 27 rose azalee? Mine is rose azalee in swift too.

Yes, mine is rose azalee in swift. I only bought last month and I noticed a slight dent inside my bag, cant notice from outside yet. I think swift bag can only use inner bag without card board. If you change to a soft inner bag and let the leather rest for sometime, i think the dent will be less noticeable.
