in us/canada, it's a well known brand for mascara and you can find in drugstore. i know, people may wonder how it can compare to the more expensive brand as stated above, but it's true, a lot of the professional who work with artist recommend this product, saying it's good and not expensive. that's what i've read from articles in canada.
