想請教,請完約工人所需時間及注意事項,要在工人完約前幾耐同她簽?工人是否要先回菲? 謝謝.

I just found a finished contract maid and signed the contract with her on 2 days ago.

I took her to the agent and had the documents done by the agent, because the agent has a good reason to KEEP her passport. So she cannot look for another employer. I may have to spend money on it but at least I know she can come to work with me on time. It is so hard to find a finished contract one.

As I know, if her contract is a finished one, she does not need to go back home. She can stay until a new visa issued and come to my home.

My new maid's existing contract will be finished on Feb 17, but agent had sent the new contract to immigration on Feb 2. They said immigration should issue the new visa to new maid at around Feb 20+.

Hi! I also want to find a finished contract maid but I don't know where can I find the maid because the agency informed that now the maid will find the employer by herself and not through the agency. Can you please inform your agency name and pm to me. Thanks a lot.

My one is recommamd by friend, not from agent.
