1> use cheque to pay the one month salary in lieu of notice;
2> pay cash $100 for transportation fee from down town to airport (I pay this in cheque also);
3> suggest you issue the air ticket i/o pay them cash to avoid further agruement; allow 14 days from date of termination for departure date as this is the govt's regulation (they have the right to find another employer within these 14 days);
4> make copies for all cheques + air ticket and let the maid to have them signed for receipt in front of the agent;
5> send letter to immigration to advise immigration dept. about the termination of your maid.
