Couple years ago, I saw an article quoting that protein shouldn't be cooked /reheated in microwave, otherwise it becomes carcinogenic (cause cancer). Not sure, but since reading this article, I stopped using microwave to reheat food with protein such as tofu, pork, beef & chicken, only use microwave to reheat vegetables & bread.
