My girl is 3-1/2 months old and also has the same problem. But she is also not so willing to use milk bottle.
I have checked with Doctor and he said that BF is not just feeding milk to baby but also the close relationship between mother and baby. I agree his point of view and so I keep trying feed her directly even she is unwilling instead of using milk bottle to settle.
