I think it varies with different factors, like your size. I tried avent and pigeon (hand pump).
avent is ok, but i hate the "s" sounds it makes while pumping (it could be kindda embarrassing if you use it in office during lunch hours). for me, pigeon works best. i even prefer it to medela symphony!
