how to read chinese word in outlook express

dear anthony,
canyou please teach me what do i need to download for reading chinese character (i assume) in outlook express, they all became monster words, however, this is not happened every time, sometimes the chinse words appear normally.

1. double click the e-mail to open it.
2. on the meun bar choose 檢視 (view) -> 編碼 (encoding) -> 繁體中文

thanks heaps for yr kindness and teaching. i've got it. i really appreciate coz i need the msg quite urgently. by the way, may i 818 what is yr lovely daughter playing leh. is it african instrument? looks so attractive to me.
