jm你這句grammatically其實稍有不對……

就如: 這是你發單上同樣價目錯誤的第二次。

句子雖可傳遞正確訊息，但並不通順……
如改成: 這是出現在你發單上同樣價目錯誤的第二次了。

會順暢少少……

其实如果我自己写，我会写：
This invoice shows the same price error as the first one.

不过意思可能改了。

呢句都正確

不過jm你呢句只是陳述，意思冇咁斥責……

你呢句就如:你張發單出現跟第一次相同的價格錯誤……
我果句就等如: 今次已經係第二次喺你發單上出現價格錯誤喇！

有少少blame的意思，而我推測樓主原文，覺得佢係有意話對方的(可能表示少少不滿)

jm呢段的話我會修改和簡化會如下:

I'd like to inform you that this invoice shows the same price error as the first one and I'm expressing my dissatisfaction regarding the same mistake being repeated.

thank you for the correction. Actually, i meant to write to separate sentences showing the different tones rather than making a long complex sentence.
